DAKOTA ALANO BOARD MEETING MINUTES
December 20, 2015
The meeting opened with the Serenity Prayer at 6:02 pm. Introductions were made and the Twelve Traditions were read by Andre.
Board members present: Lonnie, Martha, Lee, Andre, Mark, Phil, Mike, Michon, Dan
Board members absent:
Guests: Susan, Rusty, Rob
Secretary's Report: Martha reported that she had received no corrections to the November minutes distributed. Andre made a motion to approve the minutes. Phil seconded the motion and the motion passed.
Treasurer's Report: Mike reviewed the 2015 Meeting Donation Summary, Profit & Loss Statement, and Balance Sheet as of October 31st, 2015. Martha made a motion to accept the submitted financial statements. Andre seconded the motion and the motion passed.

Facilities Maintenance (Dan): No report

House Security (Michon):
Archives (Martha): Nothing to report.
Old Business:
Sponsorship workshop – tabled until next month.
Air ducts and rugs – tabled until next month.
Mini blinds- Dan took measurements. Will be discussed further next month.
Coffee maker vs. coffee services – tabled until next month.
New Business:
Styrofoam cups – Brad had brought this up due to national AA’s attention to the environmental
New Year’s Eve Open Hours– Andre will include information in the newsletter.
Motion to Close:
A motion to close the meeting was made by Mark. Andre seconded the motion and the motion passed. The meeting closed with the Lord's Prayer at 6:33 pm
